    Current Openings

    AUTOBODY / COLLISION TECHNICIAN

    Full-Time   •   Rockville & Germantown

    Our collision technicians perform structural and cosmetic repairs using modern equipment and OEM repair procedures. You’ll restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Structural and non-structural body repairs
    Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
    Frame straightening and panel replacement
    Dent repair, welding and metal finishing
    Working closely with estimators and painters

    Requirements:

    2+ years collision repair experience preferred
    Strong understanding of body and frame repair
    Own tools preferred
    I-CAR / ASE certifications a plus
    Valid driver’s license

    AUTOMOTIVE PAINTER / PREP TECHNICIAN

    Full-Time   •   Rockville & Germantown

    Our painters and prep techs are responsible for producing high-quality finishes on repaired vehicles in a professional booth environment.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Sanding, masking and surface preparation
    Mixing and applying basecoat / clearcoat
    Color matching and blending
    Maintaining paint booth and equipment

    Requirements:

    Automotive paint and/or prep experience
    Strong finish quality and attention to detail
    Comfortable with modern paint systems

    ESTIMATOR / SERVICE ADVISOR

    Full-Time

    Estimators / Service Advisors serve as the main point of contact for our customers and insurance partners. You’ll write estimates, manage repair orders and keep customers updated from drop-off to delivery.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Writing estimates using CCC ONE (or similar)
    Communicating with customers and insurance companies
    Coordinating supplements and repair timelines
    Reviewing completed repairs for quality

    Requirements:

    Prior experience in collision estimating or service advising preferred
    Strong communication and customer service skills
    Knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology

    MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

    Full-Time

    Mechanical technicians handle post-collision suspension, steering and related mechanical repairs to ensure every vehicle is safe when it leaves our facilities.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Suspension, steering and alignment work
    Diagnostics and light electrical repairs
    Mechanical teardown and reassembly

    Requirements:

    General automotive repair experience
    Diagnostic and alignment experience a plus

    SHOP HELPER / APPRENTICE

    Entry-Level

    This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to start a career in the collision repair industry. You’ll assist technicians while learning the basics of body, paint and mechanical work.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Assisting technicians with basic repairs and vehicle prep
    Shop cleaning and organization
    Parts handling and vehicle movement

    Requirements:

    Willingness to learn and follow direction
    Strong work ethic and reliability
    Valid driver’s license preferred
