International Collision Center was amazing.Back in Feb my car was stolen and when it was recovered they text,called and emailed me on every detail of the car and what needed to be done. I had a recent car accident with my Tesla and the insurance company selected this body shop for the repairs.  The shop personnel were very pleasant and professional. The communication with me was very thorough from the emails, text and phone calls from Mr Abdul who also called weekly to get a status update. I have amazing service with the whole team especially Abdullah. I was stuck in traffic and they stayed open after closing just to accommodate me and Abdullah also topped off my wiper fluids. I chose this shop bc it was the closest Tesla preferred to DC but if I ever need to, I’d choose this shop for their excellent service! Also, my car was done over a week earlier than what was estimated. I was also able to drop off my rental at the shop which was very convenient. They are fast, friendly, and efficient.
